Testimonials

Lianne Lavergne
Mauno Kaihla Koti RPN, RAI-BC
I have been an employee at the Ontario Finnish Resthome’s Mauno Kaihla Koti site for 20 years.  I can honestly say that I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.
In my years here I have had the privilege of looking after many wonderful residents and working alongside some of the most caring individuals.  Our focus is on quality care for quality of life, with our residents at the center of all we do.
No matter what department, the staff here take the time to engage our residents and make them feel wanted and truly cared for.  There isn’t a day that goes by that you don’t hear laughter, see smiles or people sharing hugs or hands being held.
OFRA feels like a very big family and it is an honor to be a part of it all.
